Finding a Unicorn at a reasonable daily rate
Context:
Excellent ressources with the proper mix of experience, culture, mind-set & expertise are hard to find. These public institutions have been looking for a very long time with little success.
Challenge:
These institutions have two difficult constraints when it comes to hiring: tight budgets and a very strict & rigid hiring process. For these well reputed public European & Belgian federal institutions, we were looking for several on site & nearshoring profiles :
Dutch/French & English speaking Senior Portfolio & Project Managers with a proven track record both in Technology and in the Financial regulations sector with a relevant academic master degree & certification (Prince II, PMI.., Agile)
Dutch/French & English speaking Senior Business Analysts with a proven track record both in Technology and in the Medical Sector, over 10 years of experience & a relevant academic master degree & certification (BABOK…).
English speaking Senior Full Stack Developers with a minimum of 10 years of experience, University Master degree and a very rare set of technical skills.
all of these with a very conservative budget.

We leveraged our network and were able to source extremely talented resources in Eastern & Southern Europe as well as Belgium at a daily rate both satisfying for the consultant & the public institution.
