Our client, a SME with a high end children toys store located in an upper neighborhood in Brussels with a well known brand of toys, desires to enter the online sales space but lacks the know how.

Challenge:
Sales are declining at the Shop, the European made, high quality wood toys, with a reputable, recognisable brand, once a children & parents favourite, have been replaced by cheaper wood & plastic versions made and coming from elsewhere. Also tablets and other digital entertainments have also strongly contributed to sales decline averaging 8% the last three years, further all costs of doing business are rising….
